We have successfully completed a wide variety of construction jobs ranging from major design-build additions, to custom kitchen and bathroom design and installation. Mastercrafters handles all project sizes for our clients. Take a look below to see two of our more challenging projects.
This custom cherry kitchen, with granite tops, porcelain floor and stainless appliances, was built for a young family in 2013.
With Mastercrafters having built two major additions on their street, the family contacted Tom Johnsen with their ideas for the construction of their dream home.
This was a major renovation and addition, requiring the complete demolition of half of the existing structure, and replacement of most mechanical sysytems.
Their committment to the project, and the fierce dedication of Tom and the Mastercrafters staff, allowed for all work to be completed in less than six months, with the family residing in the home for the duration.
Our clients now enjoy a spectacular home in beautiful Eastown Township.
We are friends to this day.
October 29, 2012.
If you owned property on the New Jersey coast, you can never forget this day. The largest Atlantic hurricane on record slammed
into this treasured family beach house with 115 mph winds and a twenty foot storm surge. The house was under six feet of water for 36 hours. In less than two days, twenty years of family memories were in danger of receeding with the surge. We got the call that week and went to work. My first thought was we have seven months until Memorial Day. Seven months to get this right for a large family of sons, daughters and grandkids, so they could get the one thing they all loved, summers at the shore. If this were to get done, Mastercrafters had to shine.
Within 30 days we had the insurance claim perfected, the site demolished, and re-construction started. We had seven months. We only needed six.The picture here is a simple shot of hardwood floors, well placed millwork with a great finish. What it can't show is the memories saved.
